R1P2 VLCD Day 19
Lost .2 yesterday and .9 today Weighed 176.4 this morning Forgot to mention in my video that I was hungry last night. I am starting to feel deprived but I think it's motivating me even more. I found two magazines I forgot I had. One is Mrs. Fields "I love chocolate" cookbook and the other is a Christmas cookie recipe cookbook. So I've been looking at them and deciding carefully which recipes I want to use during my next loading days :P
