He isn't my neighbor though lol. For those of you who haven't seen his videos, they are blogs in which he rants about politics, world events, etc. He can get very, shall we say passionate or very loud in his views.
The audio you hear of him yelling is from one of his videos.
This is what it might be like if he were the neighbor upstairs lol.
I personally enjoy his videos even if he does go over the top from time to time.
